ICA seeks to enhance its services with local business advisors. We look for the following in potential advisors:

• Business management and/or ownership experience 
• Problem solving and teamwork skills
• Commitment of approximately 2 –5 hours/month over 12 months
• Motivated to help inner city businesses grow
